Forwarding your number

Keep your existing business number. One carrier dial code sends unanswered calls to your Sí Call receptionist.

How forwarding works

You keep your existing number — callers dial it like always. Conditional call forwarding sends calls to Sí Call only when you do not pick up, your line is busy, or your phone is off. Answer your phone and nothing changes; miss the call and your receptionist takes it instead of voicemail.

Your dedicated Sí Call number is shown in the app under Connections. You will need it for the dial codes below.

Carrier dial codes

Dial the activation code followed by your Sí Call number from the phone whose calls you want forwarded. Example on Verizon: if your Sí Call number is (555) 555-0142, dial *71 555 555 0142 and press call.

On a carrier not listed here, ask them to enable “conditional call forwarding” (also called busy/no-answer forwarding) to your Sí Call number.

Testing it

  1. Call your business number from a different phone.
  2. Let it ring without answering.
  3. You should hear your Sí Call greeting instead of voicemail.
  4. Check Calls & follow-up in the app — the test call and its summary should be there.

Turning it off

Dial your carrier’s deactivation code from the same phone and calls behave exactly as before. Nothing on the Sí Call side needs to change — you can re-enable forwarding any time.
