THE DESK · SHIFT BEGINS 5:00 PM

No one should lose a caller to a missed phone.

Sí Call exists for one reason: so that no business and no government ever loses a person to a ringing phone that nobody picks up. A missed call is not a statistic — it is a patient, a constituent, an emergency, a customer who needed something and got silence. We answer instead.

01 — WHO IT IS FOR

One platform, one door.

Sí Call is built for the small service business that loses money the moment a call goes unanswered. That is the whole audience, and saying so is more useful than a list.

01For small businessesA front desk that never goes to lunch — answering, booking, and routing for the dental office, the law firm, the plumber, and the property manager who lose real revenue the moment a call hits voicemail.
02 — WHAT WE BELIEVE

Four principles, no exceptions

These are not slogans we grew into. They are the constraints we started with, and every product decision still routes through them.

The receptionist cannot take an action that the record does not see.

Every call gets answered

A ringing phone is a person who needs something. Voicemail is a quiet way of saying no. The entire product exists to make sure the answer is always yes — on the first ring, at 2pm or 2am.

Every action gets logged

If the receptionist did it, there is a record of it. Every call is filed with its transcript commercially; chained and tamper-evident on the Government tier.

Honest about the AI

We say plainly what the AI does and does not do. It answers, books, and routes. It is not a person, and it does not pretend to be one — when a call needs a human, it hands off rather than improvising.

Compliance is built in, not bolted on

Logging, retention, and exports are part of the architecture, not a premium add-on shipped after the fact. The accountable path is the default path — for the small business today and the public agency tomorrow.

03 — HOW WE ARE BUILT

An auditable trail, by design

Accountability is not a feature we sell on top — it is the shape of the system underneath. Sí Call is built so the transparent, logged path is also the only path: the architecture does not ask anyone to trust us, it asks them to read the log.

01Audit-logged by defaultEvery call and every action it takes is written to a durable, time-stamped record — tamper-evident chaining on the government tier. The log is not an afterthought you switch on — it is how the system is wired.
02Exportable on demandRecords leave the system the way oversight needs them to — structured, time-stamped, and ready for a FOIA response or an internal review without engineering involvement.
03Honest about scopeWe publish what is live, what is in beta, and what is still on the roadmap — and the marketing site is driven by that same registry, so the page can never claim more than the product ships.
04One core, two surfacesCommercial and government run on the same engine, so a fix or an improvement reaches both. The government surface adds the controls procurement requires — it does not fork into a different product.
FROM THE FOUNDER

I started this company because of the calls that don't come back. Somebody needs a plumber at two in the morning, or a dentist on a Saturday, or the county clerk's office on their one break of the day — and they get voicemail, and they move down the list, and that's that. The business never even knows. I wanted a desk where the lamp stays on: something that answers properly, does the small things right — books the time, reads it back, sends the text — and writes down what happened so you can trust it in the morning. That's the whole idea. It answers, and it keeps the record.

See it answer every call.

The fastest way to understand Sí Call is to watch it work — how it answers, books, and logs, then how quickly it sets up for your front desk.

Sí Callthe desk that never closes.
