ACCESSIBILITY
Accessibility statement
Last updated: June 11, 2026
Sí Call is committed to making its website, dashboard, and voice services usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technology.
Our Standard
We design and develop against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and the requirements of Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act. This includes:
- Keyboard-only navigation across the website and dashboard
- Screen reader support via semantic HTML and ARIA where needed
- Color contrast ratios that meet AA thresholds
- Visible focus indicators and logical focus order
- Text alternatives for meaningful visual elements
- A phone-first product: the core service is a voice interface, which is itself an accessible channel for callers who cannot use web forms
Motion and the pause control
The site carries a small amount of ambient motion — a slow lamp breath and drifting dust in the dark header bands. A “Still the room” control in the footer of every page pauses that motion across the whole site, and your choice is remembered on this device for future visits. If your browser or operating system is set to reduce motion, we honor that setting automatically: the ambient layers render settled, with no motion to pause.
Current Conformance Status
Our interfaces are built in alignment with WCAG 2.1 AA, and accessibility checks are an ongoing part of our development process. We are preparing for formal third-party accessibility audits; we do not claim full conformance until those audits are complete. We treat accessibility defects as bugs and prioritize them accordingly.
Known Limitations
We track accessibility gaps openly as we find them. Current known limitations:
- Some data-dense dashboard views (analytics charts, call timelines) are still being improved for screen reader summaries.
- Live call transcripts may render with a short delay for assistive technology during active calls.
This list is updated as audits progress and issues are resolved.
VPAT and Procurement Documentation
A Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT 2.5 format) is in preparation and will be provided to procurement teams on request for procurement and Section 508 review. Contact support@sicall.ai or, for government procurement, gov@sicall.ai.
Feedback and Assistance
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on this site or in the product — or need this information in an alternative format — please tell us. We aim to respond within two business days.
